As part of its ongoing efforts to support small businesses on the platform, TikTok today unveiled "Small Wins," a new initiative to help small businesses unlock the magic behind TikTok. Through a series of videos featuring small businesses from across the globe, Small Wins aims to highlight TikTok’s value to small businesses, educate them on how to use TikTok to grow, and demonstrate how small businesses are turning "small wins" into big success on the platform.
The shoot itself took place across 4 locations 3 time zones and 2 continents. As local Creative Director for the shoot, I worked closely with the Global team to ensure brand guidelines were adhered to while ensuring the story stayed true to local values. Shooting through the Pandemic I FaceTimed the talent to direct through the phone with a Live Feed being shared with the teams watching on in LA and New York. The result was a cross cultural success, with a happy talent and a scalable narrative that featured in Times Square as well as across the Internet.
